Pastor Doug Poffenberger Pastor Doug has shepherded this Church from its inception 33 years ago. He is the happiest man around Needmore Bible Church--totally in love with His Lord Jesus, the Bible, and his wife, Cathy! His desire is to live out the mission of NBC by “communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ, calling people to be reconciled to God and challenge them to growth in Biblical understanding”. Pastor Doug & Cathy have three grown children, David, Danelle, and Clint and five grandchildren.

Pastor Aaron Meredith Aaron joined our staff as youth pastor in May of 2006. He leads music during the Sunday morning worship services along with heading up youth ministry. Aaron is no stranger to Needmore Bible Church, growing up through the children and youth programs himself. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and he enjoys spending time with his wife Jillian and their animal family. (London, Mocha & two chinchillas, Molly & Rene) Aaron is excited about helping teens live out their faith in a real way.

Troy Layton, Church Administrator Troy joined the staff at NBC in October of 2006. He and his wife, Dina, have served the Church in many areas such as youth, Sunday school, Deacon Board, short-term missions to Brazil, building projects and more. He loves the new HX25 groups and how it has challenged him in his growth in Christ. Troy and Dina have two daughters Loni & Kara and two grandchildren.
